At Arctic Aura, we stand by our quality. We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for any manufacturing defects or transit damage.

The Rules:

• Unboxing Video Required: To claim a replacement, a clear video of the package being opened is mandatory.

• Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable: Due to hygiene, used juicers cannot be returned.

Refunds:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 days.

• COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or Store Credit.
