At Arctic Aura, we strive to deliver your favorite essentials as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Coverage We ship to over 27,000+ PIN codes across India, covering all major metros, Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, your Arctic Aura will typically reach you within 5–7 business days.

• Note: Remote areas or North-East regions may take an additional 2–3 days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING Pan-India plus an extra 10% DISCOUNT on all online payments.

• COD Orders: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to Cash on Delivery orders to ensure secure delivery.

4. Real-Time Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. You can track your "Arctic Aura" journey every step of the way!

5. Non-Delivery & RTO Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the package is returned to us (RTO), a reshipping fee may apply.
